Hello….. I’m Natalie

A registered, clinically trained Nutritional Therapist, supporting health and wellbeing through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine. I work with individuals experiencing a range of health concerns, including chronic and complex conditions, using a personalised, whole-body approach rather than focusing on symptoms alone.

I’m a busy mum and love food, so integrating my practice in to normal everyday lifestyles is something i’m passionate about, enjoying life is important too and I don’t believe in leading very restrictive lifestyles.

I have a particular focus on gut health and women’s hormonal balance, recognising how digestion, hormones, immune function, and energy are deeply interconnected. By exploring underlying imbalances, I support the body’s natural ability to restore balance through targeted nutrition and realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes.

My aim is to empower you with clarity, confidence, and practical support, helping you move towards long-term health in a way that feels achievable and tailored to you.

What is Nutritional Therapy?

What is Nutritional Therapy? *

Nutritional therapy takes a whole-body, personalised approach to health, drawing on the principles of functional medicine to explore the root causes of symptoms and support the body’s natural ability to heal. Using evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle science, it can play a transformative role in managing chronic conditions, enhancing performance, or simply promoting overall wellbeing.

Every client is treated as a unique individual. Together, we explore your health story, including past medical history, family patterns, nutrition, lifestyle, and environmental factors, to understand what may be driving your current symptoms.

Where appropriate, functional testing may be recommended, such as comprehensive gut assessments, genetic insights, or hormone panels. These tools provide a deeper, investigative understanding of your health and allow for a more targeted and effective nutrition and nutraceutical strategy.
