Natalie’s passion for health and nutrition began in early adulthood, shaped by a blend of lived experience and early influences. The contrast between wholesome family meals in childhood and the impact of less supportive food choices in her teenage years sparked a deep curiosity about how nutrition affects the body. This curiosity evolved into a desire to understand the biology behind health and disease, leading her to pursue a Nutrition degree followed by a Masters in Nutritional Therapy.

Having navigated her own digestive and hormonal challenges, Natalie developed a particular interest in gut health, hormone balance, and the way these systems influence immunity, energy levels, and overall wellbeing. Witnessing the profound impact that targeted, evidence-based nutrition made in her own life inspires her practice today.

Natalie now blends scientific expertise with compassionate, personalised care to help others regain their health.
